Moon Sound Bath

On the Sunday closest to each full moon, we’ll gather for a restorative sound bath surrounded by the energy and symbolism of the moon’s fullest phase. Let the vibrations of singing bowls create space to release what you no longer need, settle your nervous system, and set an intention for the month ahead.
No experience necessary. No expectations. No need to “do” anything.
Just get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive.
